Sunday Services
Sunday mornings Our Sunday morning services are informal and contemporary in style to enrich our worship, prayer and bible teaching, and to help people of all ages and backgrounds to find relevant and practical encouragement in their spiritual journey and their faith in Jesus. There is a crèche for children under 3. Activities for children from 3 to 12 run at the same time, and young people 13 to 18 leave around 11.00 for their own programme of activities. Twice a month we have communion as part of the service. Temporarily, there will be no loop system available if you are used to this. Printed notes of Bible teaching are available and MP3 recordings may be downloaded from http://audio.dukest.org. Church leaders and others are available to talk or pray with anyone who would like that after the service or at another time. Parking around Duke Street can be a bit of an issue on a Sunday morning. We are able to use the Health Centre car park, and also have some disabled parking spaces directly in front of the building. Stewards are on hand to assist and direct you. The most up-to-date details can be found in the Diary. |
