We regard small groups as an important part of church life, and encourage all who are able to join a group.

Home groups

Home groups meet on different evenings of the week in various parts of Sutton, for bible study, prayer and friendship. Some meet weekly, others fortnightly. From time to time new groups form, including groups particularly designed for people who are new to the Christian faith.

For many people, home groups are a place where they can really belong, care for each other and work out in practice what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

Prayer groups

There are many prayer groups linked to areas of church life or people in need or missionaries supported by the church. The ‘OAPS’ prayer group meets once a month on a Tuesday afternoon

Other groups

There are lots of groups for children and teenagers, for younger adults and for older people (see church diary)
